In 2023, sleeping well is more important than ever.

Here are some tips to help you get a good night’s rest:

1) Eat well. Don’t skimp on the vitamins! Make sure you’re eating fruits and veggies at every meal and drinking lots of water.

2) Exercise at least 30 min a day. You can do yoga or go for a walk—anything that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat will be good for your body, mind, and spirit (and make you feel like Wonder Woman).

3) Sleep for at least 7 hours a day. This is probably the most important thing on the list—your body needs rest to function properly, so don’t skimp on this one! Put down your phone an hour before bedtime and let yourself relax in whatever way feels best for you (a hot bath or reading under the covers are both great).

4) Meditation: try taking five minutes out of every day to sit quietly with your eyes closed and focus on your breath. You can also use meditation apps if it’s easier for you.
