Hey there,
I know you’re busy. I’m sure you have a million things on your mind, and it’s easy to feel like you don’t have time for yourself. But remember that taking care of your health is just as important as any other task on your never-ending list. The truth is, if you don’t take care of yourself, how will you be able to take care of anything else?
So here are some tips from me to help you stay healthy:
Eat well. Stick to whole foods like fruits and veggies, lean proteins (fish), and whole grains (quinoa). Avoid processed foods that are high in sodium or sugar—they’ll just make you feel sluggish later on.
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Any kind of activity is good for your body, but if you don’t want to join a gym or go for runs every day, try walking instead! It’s free and good for the environment too!
Sleep for at least 7 hours a day. This one’s crucial! Studies show that people who sleep less than 6 hours per night are twice as likely to die prematurely compared to those who get 8 hours of rest each.
